Congressional candidate in car accident

Tom Marino, Republican congressional candidate for the 10th Congressional District of Pennsylvania, was recently released from Memorial hospital after a two-car accident on Tuesday night.

Marino was driving North Towanda Township when the vehicle of Michelle j. Merschbach crossed the center line and hit the head of a pick-up truck of Marino.  Merschbach is being accused of driving under the influence of alcohol.  Also suffered severe injuries, but Marino complained of dizziness after and was rushed to hospital for observation.

In a written Marino announced his plans to return to campaigning within the next few days.
